It is a platform for the evaluation of the personnel, allowing a flexible configuration for departments, projects, roles (position in the company), evaluation forms, etc. The definition of the evaluation form is performed on the role level, all members of a team having the same role being evaluated against the same criteria.

The software follows real-life situations, allowing flexibility in the configuration:

  • A person can be assigned to different projects during the evaluation period;
  • A person can have different roles in every project/department (reassignment or promotion of a person).

The basic concept behind the software

is the evaluation process which defines the time period for which the evaluation is performed, departments/projects that will be involved, employees that are participating in evaluation (newly hired personnel can be opted out).

The reporting module

is an extensive one, allowing top managers to “see the big picture” but also to “dig” in the data and to do a cause analysis of the weak performance of some of the employees. Top manager can view the results of the evaluations by departments, projects and roles, by evaluated person or by evaluator.
